Claims
3.1 Wrong goods
Customers need to provide the wrong SKU, courier, product and package photos, if the product is the same type, please negotiate with the customer to pay the difference in platform price, not more than twice the freight (up to 200 yuan). If the customer needs to make up the shipment, make-up shipping costs and return shipping costs borne by our company. The wrong product needs to be sent back to the warehouse. We provide a shipping code for the buyer to go to the post office to deal with the return.
3.2 Missed shipment
Please provide the SKU of the goods received, the courier note, the product and the photo of the parcel, if the customer needs to make up the shipment, our company will bear the shipping cost of making up the shipment. If the customer is not willing to make up the shipment, the maximum free shipping fee for this order will not exceed 200 RMB.
3.3 Inventory Discrepancy
Inventory discrepancy will be re-adjusted. If the actual inventory is less than that on the system, the claim will be settled at cost + first way freight (except for self-issued records), and the claim will be settled at 60% of the transaction price if we can't provide the purchase price or the cost price (not exceeding RMB 2,000 for a single piece), and the amount of the claim will be deducted from the amount of the previous claim if the actual inventory is more than that on the system. The claim amount will be deducted if the actual amount is more than that on the system, and the amount of the previous claim will be deducted. It is necessary to provide proof of domestic procurement and screenshots of the recent sales order transactions. 180 days will be re-launched, minus the amount of the claim. 80% of the amount of the claim will be deducted for 180-360 days.
3.4 Local consumption tax
In order to prevent the Brazilian tax bureau check, before the goods out of the warehouse is recommended to invoice, the minimum amount of invoicing in accordance with the sales price of more than 10%, invoicing tax points charged 18% of the amount of invoicing (invoicing tax points according to the Brazilian tax bureau changes from time to time to update). If the Brazilian tax bureau has any objections to the invoiced price, the price determined by the tax bureau shall prevail. If the invoiced price is too low or there is no invoice to be paid for the order, we can only contact the recipient to pay for the invoice. If the order is confiscated by the tax office, the default order is completed without any compensation.
